Books that hold up to scrutiny. Capital that compounds quietly.

Reliable solutions for individuals, businesses and professionals. We keep the statutory side watertight, then help the people who own the business put the surplus to work, whether that means a portfolio or the right property.

Two practices

Compliance on one side of the ledger.
Capital on the other.

Most people meet an accountant and an adviser separately, and end up with two views of the same money. We run both, so tax position, cash flow and portfolio are read off a single set of numbers.

Chartered accountancy

Audit, tax & statutory compliance

Clean books, filings that go in on time, and working papers that answer the question before it is asked. The same team handles it each year, so nobody has to learn your business again every April.

  • Statutory, tax & internal audit
  • Income-tax returns, assessments and appeals
  • GST registration, monthly returns and annual reconciliation
  • TDS, advance tax and payroll compliance
  • Company & LLP incorporation, ROC and MCA filings
  • RERA agent and project registration, renewals
  • Book-keeping, MIS and virtual CFO support

Investment advisory

Planning, portfolios & property

Advice built around goals that have dates attached to them, rather than around whatever product is selling this quarter. That includes the property purchase, which in this region is usually the largest holding of all.

  • Goal-based financial planning and cash-flow mapping
  • Portfolio construction across equity, debt and gold
  • Real estate: buying, selling and leasing, with the diligence done
  • Retirement, NPS and post-retirement drawdown
  • Capital-gains and tax-efficient rebalancing
  • NRI portfolios, repatriation and 15CA/CB certification

The working method

Most of this work is
calendar management.

Deadlines are known a year in advance, so there is no reason for a scramble in March. We ask for documents in one list rather than in fourteen messages, and every recommendation, whether it is a tax position, a fund or a structure, comes with the reasoning written down.

Advisers and clients reviewing documents together across a meeting table
  1. Read the file

We ask for the last three years of returns, statements and structures before offering an opinion. Most of the problems are already on paper.

  2. Fix the base

We close the open notices, bring the registers current and reconcile the books. Advice given on top of unreliable records is not worth much.

  3. Write the plan

A dated calendar for compliance and a written investment policy with allocation, costs and review points spelled out.

  4. Keep it current

Quarterly reviews, filings ahead of the window, and rebalancing to agreed bands rather than to whatever the market did last week.

What you can expect

Every file is read by the person who signs it. That is far easier to promise in a small practice than in a large one, which is a good part of why we intend to stay small.

Who we work with

A deliberately narrow client list.

We take on a limited number of engagements each year. Otherwise we could not promise that the person signing your accounts has read them.

01 Owner-managed

Founders & closely-held businesses

Turnover of ₹2 crore and upward, where the promoter's personal finances and the company's are still one conversation. Private limiteds, LLPs and family firms.

02 Individuals

Senior professionals & ESOP holders

Salaried leadership with equity compensation, perquisite and capital-gains complexity, and a retirement date that is now close enough to plan against.

03 Cross-border

NRIs & returning residents

Residential status, DTAA relief, NRE/NRO management, repatriation certificates, and portfolios that have to work across two tax systems at once.

Our commitment

Professional support.
Trusted expertise.
Complete peace of mind.

Four undertakings that apply to every engagement, whether it is a single return or a business we close the books on each month.

Professional & reliable support

A named person on your file who knows its history, so you do not have to explain the business again every April.

Timely & accurate service

We plan the work against the statutory calendar and file inside the window rather than on its last evening.

Confidential & secure

We keep your records in confidence, share them with nobody, and hand them back in full if you decide to leave.

Expert guidance at every step

Every recommendation comes with the reasoning written down, in language you can repeat to your bank or your family.

Common questions

Before you call.

If your question is not here, ask it on the contact form. Answers go out the same working day.

Can one firm do both my accounts and my investments?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper and cleaner, because the same numbers drive both. On planning and portfolio work you pay us rather than a fund house, so we have no reason to prefer one product over another. On a property transaction we act as a broker and say so plainly. Each mandate is scoped separately, and you can take one without the other.

We are already with another CA. Is switching painful?

It is a fortnight of paperwork, most of which we do. We write to the outgoing auditor as ICAI requires, collect the records, and run a reconciliation before taking anything on record. Mid-year transitions are routine; we simply plan the first filing carefully.

Do you take clients outside your city?

For the compliance practice, yes. We handle audit, income tax, GST and ROC work for clients anywhere in India and for NRIs in other time zones, with filing, reviews and document exchange done remotely. Where someone genuinely has to be present, such as a bank visit or a hearing, we say so upfront. Property is different. We broker only in the Tricity, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal, because we do not know the other markets well enough to be useful in them.

Do you guarantee returns on the investment side?

No, and nor can anyone else. What we commit to is a written process: asset allocation matched to your goals, costs disclosed, rebalancing done with the tax in mind, and honest reporting of what worked and what did not.

Next step

A first meeting commits you
to nothing.

Bring last year's return and a rough sense of what you are trying to build. Forty-five minutes is usually enough for us to tell you whether we are the right firm for it, and to set out the scope if we are.
